Return & Refund Policy
At Yaoke3D, we stand behind every product we manufacture—this is our quality commitment. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable experience from start to finish. If any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve them.
Return Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Opened filament spools are not eligible for return, unless defective, incorrect, or not as described.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
If your product is damaged, defective, or does not perform as expected, please do not return it directly. Contact us first so we can resolve the issue בהתאם to our policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final sale items (products purchased from the “Sale” section)
- Custom or cut-to-length products
- Unauthorized returns (returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted)
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 days.
After passing quality inspection, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase.
Please refer to your order confirmation email for instructions.
After 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee that the shipment can be stopped.
